$3 million determination of beneficiary advancement liability in a Family Trust In a 3 day JAMS arbitration, after the dispute migrated from state court, to bankruptcy court, and then into binding arbitration before JAMS.

Successfully defended to a zero payment settlement a multi-million dollar contractor claim over a large residential renovation.

TIn 20 day arbitration, AAA arbitration, Mr. Rice and his team debunk and defeat a multi-million dollar delay and levee reconstruction claim against a public works subcontractor, and collected the contractor’s funds, interest and attorneys fees on the payment bond.

 

JAIL CONSTRUCTION COLLECTION CLAIM
In an AAA arbitration, Mr. Rice and his team collected the subcontractor’s contract balance, plus interest and attorneys fees on payment bond and defeated a $500,000 plus delay claim against a public works contractor.
